I’d recommend having the system properly diagnosed to determine the root cause of the hubs partially engaging under throttle. It’s a relatively simple system, most of the diagnostics only require a handheld vacuum pump.

FordTechOne thank you for insight. I've had the grinding noise and turned it in to the dealership. They completed the TSB 20-2307, with the explanation that the problem was corrected. Only when pushed did they even agree with me that the front hubs would be engaged full time...
Grinding noise still intermittent. I guess now back to the dealership, maybe they will do the correct TSB 20-2378 (one can only hope...).

No problem. Note that there is not an IWE TSB for the Raptor; the dealer needs to follow the Workshop Manual pinpoint test to isolate the cause and repair it.
