I also just noticed that it doesn't have a Raptor badge.

I own a 2017 and I actually like the F150 stamp. If I had a choice, I would probably go with it.

Do you all think it would have been been better if Ford would have stamped the tailgate with Raptor instead of F-150, kind of like the 4th generation Mustangs were all stamped with Mustang on the rear bumper except for the Cobras, which had the Cobra stamping. It might have been a nice little touch since the Raptor is such a unique vehicle.

Hmm while I prefer the 2017 tailgate over the 2018 I am still happy with my pick. I'd rather see more of the awesome color..

Maybe on Black white and gray the applique is now the better choice...

It also has an ecoboost badge. I think someone at the factory grabbed the wrong tailgate for this one.
