hello, hey i m having issues with the exhaust hangers on the exhaust tips hanger is getting bent and slipping almost out of the rubber holes supports.
my exhaust is the ford racing by borla.

was thinking to weld a washer on the hangers to avoid it slip from the rubbers holes supports

what is your solution, if you have gotten same problem with exhaust hangers?

thanks

Havent had any issues with my Borla exhaust. But I know what youre talking about. Im going modify mine one of these days and this what I am going to do. Heat the end of the hanger (without the isolator installed) and put a 90 degree bend in it. Let it cool down. Put the isolator back onto the hanger (WD40 if you have to) and bolt it back up. Problem should be solved and you can always remove the isolator (without too much hassle) from the exhaust if you have to.

If contact borla about it.. I have never seen a hanger bend like that usually the welds give out before the hanger bends it might be a defect!

Yea that's not suppose to happen haha it has to be a defect from borla. I've never seen a hanger bend and it honestly didn't look that rough I've seen exhaust hangers go through really tough stuff and the hangers stayed and the welds beefed up braking and the hagers didn't bend!
