Is this what boost should be doing?

I hope this video works. Boost pressure seems to be bleeding off under WOT for some reason. I was on the highways yesterday and it felt off in power just slightly...maybe 30 or 40hp kinda feel. Today it feels normal I guess but noticing this gauge makes me wonder. Are these prone to boost leaks anywhere? Vac lines? Are they designed to do this?
I also have exhaust, and an innercooler. Bought it used, no idea if it has a tune.

It is typical to pull back a bit, but yours seems to be pulling back more than mine. Seems like I typically lose 2 lbs.

That's not normal. Ours doesn't do that. You have a tune?

Density altitude has been -2000 -500, in central Arizona With this thick air boost going to drop off a tad but still making power , i know my truck is running like a rapped ape right now but peak boost is little down from warmer temps. Cobb stage 2 OTS 93 map

I'm pretty sure I don't have a tune and I'm using good old Arizona crappy 91.

You may have one of those “weep-holed” intercoolers from ole’ Sasquatch back in the day! It may be as big as 1/2”, depending on the level of stupid from previous owner.

LOL Not likely though. The ECU does NOT target some boost value. The boost seen on gauge is simply the amount needed to reach the Load/Torque value asked for by your foot. The boost seen will also vary with atmosphere conditions.

If you’re not recording specific parameter data, you can’t make any assumptions by looking at the non-specific boost value.

What brand of gas are you using ? i'm finding QT gas has quality issues. i'm going to try other QT station in my town and see how it does. I had to put 20 ounces of boostane to get to 94 octane. should only be 8 ounces boostane with 91 octane to bring it 94 to 95 octane.

I believe this tank was Chevron or shell. One of the 2.
