I'm quite far from being an expert, but that applique looks to me as if it is a 17, or 18. The 19 and 20s have lighter lettering. So the one you ordered will be a bit different unless you deleted it when you ordered.

You are absolutely correct, Turning Blue. The 2017/2018 is straight black across the applique, while the letters on the applique are gray on the 2019/2020.

Damn. I like that. My 19 has the applique, which I like. In fact, after I saw one with it, I didn’t like the ones without. That said, I think the aesthetic is wrong without Henry’s blue oval- it’s still a F150, after all. This one seems to be the best of both worlds.

I agree. The 2020 one is nice and clean looking too IMO as my 2019's a little loud for my taste. I wonder if I could buy the 2020 plastic and just swap it out.
