Is there supposed to be a trim piece below rear slider?

I just noticed that for the first time last weekend and I've had the truck sense January. Kinda cheap on Ford's part, but it's not huge deal to me. You can only see it when you're standing in the bed, looking down, with the back window open.

If you want to make it look better, you could use a length of black rubber hose, slit it length wise and put (or glue) it over the ugly edge. That should clean it up.
