Is there a parts manual for the oem raptor shocks

What a pain in the ass to get these things rebuilt, let's sell a ******* truck but not allow our ford techs or the general public to rebuild their shocks. I've had my truck on jack stands for the last 3weeks !! And I don't feel like sending them to the USA . The shipping is too much! Anyone know if we could buy the magical tool set? Or is this only available to Harry potter and his classmates

That seems a bit harsh , you could always buy new shocks like you would have to on 99 percent of the vehicles out there . I don't See how ford didn't think it through, they offered a specialized vehicle with specialized shocks and you're complaining about shipping costs to ship them to the correct people to rebuild them . If your stereo goes out you can put a new one in or ship it to an electronics specialist to repair it . I wouldn't expect a ford tech to be able to repair that just replace it and you have the same option with the shocks. Jmho . Tim

Tim do you work for ford ? Like c'mon I should be able to bring my shocks to the svt dealer and say take care of this and pick them up in a week . I don't care where they go but sending them to the us is bs. No one here in Canada can fix these . Why doesnt fox have a Canadian repair facility . I don't feel like go threw all this bs . I'm still trying to track down the proper oil here in Canada .


And comparing some o-rings , oil and nitrogen to electronics is not even close give your head a shake ! electronic components are a little more complicated then this task. I'd have that stereo fixed my self by now!

I don't work for Ford , I just have reasonable expectations. The issue , as you stated it was you're too cheap to send the shocks in. Again just buy new ones if you don't like the shipping option. As you state, it's just o rings and oil, just do it yourself if it's so simple. I had the shocks on both my raptors rebuilt and never once did I whine about it.............. Sack up and pay what it costs to ship them or buy new ones it really isn't that hard. Tim
