I hooked up my iPod Nano (4th Gen - I believe) and the radio would not play it via the USB plug.

What do I need to do to get this radio to play my itunes library from my Nano or Touch (and can I save those songs onto the Jukebox?

When I plug my ipod touch in, I sometimes need to command sync to "Sync USB" and than it plays

Yeah, on the Media page choose "User Device" then make sure the input is set to USB (not Line In). Then, your Music Library will be available from the Nav.

Worked Perfectly! Thank You.

I don't suppose I could record those songs into the "JUKEBOX" could I?

If not, looks like I'll be trying to get access to that 2nd USB and run it out somewhere. The fact that I have that cord sitting on my console drives me up a wall! OCD, ADD, PhD - whatever you want to call it...

Thanx again!

Not that I know of. I think that's less of a technology issue and more of a DRM issue. It's a long process, but put your songs on a USB thumb drive and you can copy them to the HDD that way. Or, make CDs of your MP3s and then use the CD record function of the NAV to put it on the HDD. Good luck!!!!

Well, found the 2nd USB spot under the center speaker and tapped into it. Works good, but:

Playing songs off the USB port (either one) and the music just stops sometimes. I have to unplug the thumb drive and then plug back in to get it to start working again.

Any thoughts?

In order for your songs to play from the HDD (jukebox), you MUST have the songs burned to a CD and ripped that way. A CD burned as an MP3 CD will not work. In other words, you have to have the truck think that it's a commercially bought CD.

Yeah, that's what I figured. Now that I have the 2nd USB mostly operational, I'll just use the Flash Drive.

Now if I can figure out why it keeps stopping ...
