Been using the "little bit of Dawn and warm water" for years, followed by a soft dry towel to wipe the excess, this is a great way to go !!
Works well on the windows also, just buff in out with the towel and ur good to go

Don't use chemicals unless you absolutely have to IMO. Warm water and soap will do 95% of the time. The only time I use chemicals is for greasy spots, sweat, or sunscreen.

When I do use chemicals its either Griots Interior Cleaner or Adam's Interior Cleaner. I prefer Griots because it just seems less harsh.
