Interior Alarm Sensor

Does anyone else have an issue with leaving the windows open with the alarm on and if someone walks next to the truck, the interior alarm sensor triggers, setting off the alarm? I was hoping that someone could tell me where the sensor is located inside the truck. Ford has no idea and didn't even know it existed. Thanks.

The motion sensors are on the roof upper console, near the uplifter switches. They are the round sensors.

So I have been using black tape to cover the sensors but I am wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to turn them off? Black tape is a little tacky.
