Interesting - Raptor Grill made more difficult to put on an F150...

Seems like a waste of time and money to me. The Raptor grill is cool looking. The regular F150 grill is ho hum at best. Why not let people upgrade easily? It's not like the Raptor is all that exclusive. They're a dime a dozen around here and anyone with half a brain can tell the difference at a glance without seeing the grill. I like the looks of the regular F150 with the grill swap. If I have to look at something, I prefer that it look attractive. Half the trucks on the road these days have that style of grill, anyway. Why should F150 owners be stuck in Dullsville?

I agree with this for the most part. I would even go further and say that most aftermarket grilles are pretty boring as well...lots of wire mesh, rivets, and stars. We were looking at getting replacing my son's F150 grille around Christmas, and the options were pretty limited, particularly if you want to preserve the front camera. I would bet that many, maybe the majority of F150 with the big Ford logo grille aren't trying to imitate Raptors so much as there are few good looking alternatives.

If you gotta look, let’s hope it’s pretty ;)

I paid 74k for my 2019, I don't want some regular ol Joe putting on a faux Raptor grill to try and make his run of the mill F150 look like mine. If they want to look like a Raptor they can buy mine lol.

No thank you. A few years back in 2017 or so a guy who I was working for had a King Ranch F250. He put one of these fake Raptor grills on it, thought it looked odd and didn't like it. But to each their own I guess.
