We've done a few Raptors with the parts you're looking for. This one has Retrax retractable bed cover, custom Front Runner rack, tent mounting system and a Roam tent. We also got the owner hooked up with a number of accessories like RotoPax fuel cans, Krazy Beaver shovel, bedside racks from BuiltRight, lights from Baja Designs, and beefed up rear leaf springs to help with all the added weight.
