I’m also curious where people are getting these rates!?

At the time of purchase I dropped like $52k cash & I my credit score was an 804

How the hell am I at 4.49%!? - again, taken in February of 2018 for context.

Don’t care that much either way only owe like $5.5k will be a rolling *** of $50-55k shortly

28% 0 down 96 month. 400 Credit score. I hate paying banks and I seldom make payments. Banks always calling asking for money. I keep my raptor hidden from the repo man just in case.

I know this is a joke, but I had to run the numbers anyways. Assuming a purchase price of $75,000, after 96 months of payments @ 28% interest, you'd have shelled out a total of $188,601.64 :p

Rates have been dropping really low in the past year. I had the same rate on my AMG C63S coupe brand new with a 800+ credit score.

Now, you can get rates as low as 1.9, BoA is doing 3%

I have a 4% interest rate and feel like that's kind of high. I have a 750 credit score and financed about $36k.

What are other's getting for a rate? Should I try to refinance?

Central IL; got 4.25 for 60 mos from credit union on a used 2014. Lowest I could find. Credit score in the mid 700’s.

My initial interest rates were crap from the dealership, 5.96% with an 830 credit score. I ultimately refinanced a month later for 3.49%, financed about 32k.

I wonder if mortgage rates are softening up I haven’t checked in a while refinanced to a 15 year 4.5 years ago @ 3.15% I’m thinking should be lower
