Can you double clamp the hose onto the cooler? Do the IC`s come with a rolled bead on the pipes to help keep this from happening?

I never considered double clamping. I will look into this...

Here is another option that I know friends are using on their race boats and have not had any issues, it makes a true 360 degree clamp

Mine popped off right after the install of my FullRace IC, which was over 2.5 years ago. I tightened all the clamps when I got home and I have not had an issue since. You can definitely fix this yourself...

This looks 5x more complex.

May buy new piping and then do hairspray.

I did not see at all how that product would hold it any tighter.
