integrated blind-spot-defeating spotter mirror

I'm looking for thoughts on the integrated blind-spot-defeating spotter mirror Ford has. Test drove a car for my girl that had it and it seemed pretty handy. That being said what do you y'all think about putting it on a Raptor and better yet can you do that on a 2010?
