In order of importance (IMO)

1. Leaf springs/bumpstops/frame support

2. 37's

3. Tie Rods

4. UCA

5. 3.0's

I think that costs around $10,000...give or take a few thousand.

Curious, you list 37's above 3.0's. You really feel they made a bigger difference than 3.0s?

I thought my 3.0's made a pretty big difference, more than what I expected. I'm about a month or so out from putting 37 inch yokohama's on my truck, so if they make that big of a difference... That would be very nice.

My list would go; if starting as a new owner steadily progressing,
Drive it!

Perch mod with spc alignment cams and a good alignment ~$300
Drive it!

Bump kit/frame support. ~$100-$2500
Leaf springs. ~$1200
Drive it!

Power steering resivoir with additional cooler ~$400
Drive it!

Brake pad upgrade with stainless lines and better fluid. ~$600
Drive it!

Tie between tie rods and upper control arms. ~$2000
3.0s ~5000
Knuckle gusset ~$300
Drive it!

37's ~$$$$
Fiberglass
Drive it!

LCA ~$1800

Cage $$$$

At this point I'd look at two different avenues. RPG dual shocks or, start over with a LT kit. Personally I'd probably go LT.
Front LT~$10000-$19000
Rear 4 link or LT leaf sprung back half ~$5000-$20000
4.88:1 ~$1500
Trussed rear or new frabicated housing with mech locker ~$$$$
Drive it!

I think once the Howe power steering pump (and possible steering rack) coming out get main stream, it would fit somewhere between brake pads and tie rods.

I've done my fair share of high speed off-roading but never in 4wheel drive I'm always afraid of ruining my front end.

I know you're a supporting vendor (thanks for that) but did you really have to sell in this thread? :winner_third_h4h:

Well he's not the manufacturer and he didn't specify which he felt was best so he followed the rules somewhat, in my opinion.

 Not that that matters much.

1. 3.0 rear shocks to replace my stolen ones

2. Rear Frame Support and bump stops

3. Rear springs

4. Roll cage / seating / ect

5. Full Front end upgrades

Because Roll is so expensive, brakes and lighting will go ahead of it I am sure. For what I want to do with the Raptor, a cage is a "do not pass go" item, but the stock suspension will handle great for the time being

Wow...some good comments and opinions here. One of the problems I had with mods is where to start and get the most bang for my buck.

That being said, Pirate hit on a key inregdiant--"drive it" see what you need make your mod based on your needs ---"drive it" repeat...

Other route...drive it and when shit breaks than upgrade...
