Assuming I do only have a 2-3 week timeframe before the run, what do y'all recommend for an abbreviated "break in" period on the new truck if any? Figured I could change the oil down there of I had to after the 300 mi trip.

just don't use the crews for the first few thousand miles would be my recommendation.

Get your motor in those higher RPMs do not baby it the whole time. You need to get everything seated properly. This is why so many people complain audi engines go through so much oil, the baby them in the break in and things don't seat correctly.
Drive it how you plan on driving it forever.

For those of you who have been before, how does the track time work? Obviously everyone is staged based on class initially, but with the track open til midnight do they re-stage or is it free reign as the day progresses?

yea pretty much free game after the initial spacing! thats what makes it fun hahaha

Yep... Depending on how Trey sets it up.. You can do all 42 mile course, front half 28 miles, back half 24 miles or however you want..
