Great! Are you in the DFW area? Likely will be another DFW convoy to TRR this year. At a minimum, I would recommend
1) moving to mid-perch - so you don't destroy your skidplate, or bruise your kidneys
2) SDHQ $100 frame kit - very cheap insurance so you don't bend your frame. Tons of jumps and "gotcha" hazards out there
3) Decent tread on your tires for traction

It's definitely a rattlesnake rocky hill country beating, but is a blast!

Yep, I live in the DFW area, out in Rockwall. Funny you mention the SDHQ frame support kit. UPS man dropped that off at last night and I have plans to get the mid perch adjusted soon.

I'm planning on camping out there. What are the campgrounds like? Is there water, restrooms, etc? Just thinking about what all I'll need to bring with me.

Went last year just to see the chaos, and am gonna run this year.

Got two friends coming with me for a 'man-cation' away from the wives and kids.

Hoping to have my grill guard from Ard-Rite and some Spotlights by then. I will have mid-perch done.

Can I call dibs on number '01'?????? Didn't see any one call it.
