A good tip is to put a piece of paper inside the housing with your name and address in case anybody finds it. Another thing you can do is zip tie it to the truck using 2 or 3 ties, one around base of camera small enough it can slip off, one around a fixed point on the truck where i wont slip off whether that's grille or mirror or door handle or whatever, then another connecting the 2 ties. That way if the suction mount unsticks, it'll fall and be caught by the zip ties.

Shit, I knew I forgot to pick something up the other day.... I used all mine up on coax for my ham stuff on the house.

Yea I thought about tethering the camera to the truck. My brother said if his gets lost or destroyed I owe him a hero 3.

We have friends who are registered participants, can I go and spend the night on Saturday? I want to go and enjoy the BBQ dinner, spend the night and then come home Sunday morning.

Trey, my son is a registered participant, can I go and hangout at the ranch, eat dinner and spend the night? I would just be camping.

You would be considered a co pilot. Should not be an issue, but Trey has final call.

I can tell you it's $275 to replace the trailer hitch and metal bracket. I recently turned mine into crushed plastic and twisted metal.

I will have a few hundred zip ties, duct tape, liquid electrical tape, and lots of red and black wire.

I used to love mudding in my Raptor, but after three different events I avoid mud like the plague. Every time it's taken at least four trips to the car wash to make a dent in the mud. High pressure spray is no match for dried Colorado mud.

Can't wait to hit the track, it looks crazy FUN!!

It's $10 per person at the gate, and thats all you will have to pay. Unless you want BBQ and its $10 a plate.
