what all did you take apart? i habe had the passenger airbag, drivers air bag and dash light all disconnected and when i put back together never had a light come on. i changed the clock spring on my truck last year and my steering wheel locked on me so i turned on the ignition to turn my wheel at a better angle with the air bag disconnected. never had an issue. so many passenger airbags removed when doing sound system upgrades, all with never a light coming on. something has to be disconnected somewhere.

No. There is. I put it back. Plugged it in, and check engine light is on. Is there a procedure I have to do to get the light to go off?

Either way, read the code. Clear if appropriate, and try again.

i doubt he has a scanner to clear airbags. i dont think forscan can clear them can they?

Airbag light only. I do not have a scanner that clears airbag codes.

Forscan can access them. $35 ELM adpater and a laptop is all you need.
