Looks like you should have dumped the exhaust before the axle. lol. Either that or lightning style. Badass dude. Let us know how the bumps work out.

So you guys know the ICON Bump Kit can be done in your driveway on a creeper with out removing the bed or even the tires. I have done a few installs myself with other kits and I thought it was pretty easy. I did have my wife hold the two upper bolts that clamps the frame brackets together while I sneaked a long 3/8 drive extension after I taped the washer onto the socket with the nut inside a deep socket and I used an impact wobble and it was pretty easy to install and tighten.

The exhaust is easy - just drop down the front and rear hangers and it easily moves away enough. Same as the Brake Lines, take the one bolt off the frame and the brake lines move out of the way and pull the wiring harness clips free from the frame and it all moves out of the way as well.

Here are a couple pictures of it installed:

Mictouch, in those last pictures the tires really seem to stick out past the fender a lot, what is the reason for that?

I think it is just the picture angle exaggerating it a little. The Pro Am wheels were set up to sit very flush vs. sucked in a little more like you see on other trucks. Offroad wise no issue, clears the fenders no problem. Same exact wheel / backspace (4.875") as our ICON Raptor but with a different tire.

Thanks IconRep, that is what I thought so was wondering why they look to stick out so much, can't imagine mctouch using wheel spacers? Guess like you said the angle is exaggerating things.

They are Pro Am Wheels which have a little offset and BF Goodrich Baja TA's.

Wider makes it more stable.

I have the same setup on my Raptor except I have BF Goodrich KM2's and it is an awesome setup.

When I went to build this Raptor for a friend I found out the BF Goodrich was on a National Backorder for their KM2's until late August so we had to step up to the plate and get the Baja TA's for almost $300 more per tire. OUCH

I thought the same thing, but I think it's just angle. Look at the front tire in the last picture. It looks a lot closer to flush than the rear does.

The tail pipe routing looks tight! Does it rattle off road?
