It went well. I used a creeper - truck wheels on the ground. There's enough clearance to allow a normal sized person to slide under the truck and reach just about anywhere. The Fluid Film sprayed well and covered everything within reach. I lowered the spare tire so I could coat that portion of the frame. Didn't bother to remove the skid plates - might do that some other time. All in all, it wasn't as messy as I thought it would be. We'll know in the spring just how well the coating worked. Four cans was about the right amount of product for the Raptor since only the frame needed protection. The Fluid Film is basically clear, so the black frame still looks about the same as before it was coated. I sprayed the Fox Shox shocks the best I could to prevent corrosion, which I read they are prone to. I'm happy with it!
