My Raptor is back at the dealership for intermittent adaptive cruise control and forward collision sensor failure. Dealer said they were told to check a bracket by Ford engineering. That didn't solve the issue. Hopefully better news tomorrow.

My dealership replaced the bracket for the ACC/Forward Collision Radar per Ford Engineering. They said they didn't see anything wrong with the original one however, I've had no issues for a couple of days.

I appreciate the feedback here. I have an aftermarket bumper and a relocated bracket. I have the same problems with Adaptive Cruise and regular cruise and when I took it to the dealer, was told to put my original bumper back on. Obviously, I’ll never return to this dealer, but now just really want my basic cruise to work.

Livnitup helped me shutoff my Adaptive Cruise after a run in with a Deer. You will need to unhook the sensor to get rid of the warning messages fully after these FORSCAN changes. I then was able to use regular cruise control.

Barry, if you change the following values it should remove any Adaptive Cruise Control and Forward Collision Warning from the truck
BCM 726-13-01 xxx8 2xxx xxxx
IPC 720-01-01 xCxx xxxx xxxx
IPC 720-01-02 xxxx 0xxx
IPC 720-04-01 Cxxx xxxx xxxx
ABS 760-03-01 4xxx xx

Clear all DTC's after the changes in FORSCAN

What year is yours? I have a 2020 and am having issues with adaptive cruise control as well. Mine intermittently doesn't work and throws an error in my dash that the ACC isn't working and that collision avoidance isn't working as well. It says something about the sensor being blocked. I have an appointment with my dealership tomorrow to see if they can figure out the issue.

Yes I have a collision sensor problem and I think thats why my cruise control adaptive / normal are not working at all

Its a 2019 and I'm having the same issue as yours ...I have an appointment with the dealership next week

Did you guys ever get your issue resolved?

Dealership has had mine twice for a couple weeks each and has no idea what to do to fix it.

They have reached out to Ford as well but I have not heard anything in several weeks.

My dealership replaced the bracket on the adaptive cruise/forward collision radar. No issues since, it's been a few weeks. They said they couldn't see anything wrong with the bracket but were advised by Ford that was what needed to be done.

I had an appointment to take mine in for the second time, but the issue resolved itself on its own and I canceled (wasn’t going to take it in if they “couldn’t replicate the problem”). It worked fine for a couple weeks then randomly crapped out again driving down the freeway. Guess I’ll schedule another appointment . Getting real close to lemon law-ing this ****...

So the dealership had mine for a couple days, decided they needed to replace the front windshield.

Tested it and said they think the fixed it.

I had it a couple weeks and tried to use it last night and got the same damn issue. About to lose my patience.

That sucks. I guess I should try mine out. I don't do much highway driving.

2020 checking in, mine just went off on the way home. Extremely heavy rain when it turned off, all maintenance light came up on dash also. Going to go out and check it with my Cobb accessport will report back

Update: checked the code was P04F0, which is a nothing code. Reset cleared if, and my radar works again.
