Hello All,

I would normally ask Dawson on this but I realize he has a ton on his plate and you guys may be able to step in on his behalf and help.

We all know of my issues with Sick HIDs. I'm having Dawson set me up with a new set of lights.

In the meantime I have this set of lights that need new 5000k bulbs. If I can get the bulbs replaced, I can still use them until my Raptor Retrofits are completed.

Also, if I can get them operational again, I may be able to sell them for something.

Here are some pictures and I was hoping that I could purchase a couple bulbs off Amazon.com or something and replace the two bad bulbs I have.

My problem is HOW to get the wiring run through this black cover that he has on these bulbs. I don't see how I would disconnect the wiring from the plug and then reconnect it. I will need to do this once I get the new bulbs.

Also, I need to figure out what size bulbs to get. I'm seeing them in multiple sizes. These are what I was thinking:5000K 35W HID Car Light (2-pack)

Yeah, what does it look like where he passed through the dust cap ? You can unpin those watertight quick disconnects but its a PITA.

I would suggest just cutting those wires, make the opening in the dust cap a little bigger so the new ones can pass through and reseal it with GE silicone II black.

Thats a H1 bulb, Im assuming you have a MH1 projector in there, do you know what projector it is ?

If you want I can send you new bulbs and dust cap all set up like your pic. I have extra dust caps, it would only take a few min to make up.

Would like to know what type of proyector is also,I mean I know they are H1 but the manufacture.Have the same setup.
Seems the bulbs are custom made, meaning they are probably taking the bulb and soldering the connection after it is passed thru the dust cap then heatshrinking tubing on the bulb.
