I got so tired of the horn chips that I pulled the horn fuse. Problem solved, and didn't cost a dime.

I don't shut the door completely, just half latched seems to works for me. Sure would be nice to get rid of that nuisance completely!

Do you know for certain if this is possible? If so, I'm definitely doing this! The honk drives me crazy. It invariably happens right as I'm walking around the front corner of the truck, so it blasts me right in the ear. I'm also sure my neighbors love it when it happens at 5:00am.

Anything Froscan program does or changes on the vehicle can be done through IDS and it wont void your warranty.

$30 if you have a laptop. I got the USB OBD-II plug as it worked better for me than the bluetooth one. SOOOO happy with FORScan on my truck.

Auto On/Off function disabled was worth every penny!

Yes, that is an available function using FORScan. I've used it to:

Remove double honk on exit
Display values on my gauges
Disable the fake engine noise
Put heated steering wheel icon on home screen
Disable remote tailgate release
Disable door ajar alarm in PARK
Enable front window control from remote
Change panic alarm to 2 presses
Turn on amber markers with DRL

Lots of other functions available (auto fold mirrors, etc.)
