How much does your Raptor weigh

build them from 3/8" Kydex... its the untapped mod market! ive got some fuel jug holders jigged up out of it right now ill post pics when they are done.

Kydex is some strong stuff. G10 plate is also a strong material but it's expensive. I used to work in the marine industry and used G10 to rebuild transoms. Starboard is much cheaper but not nearly as strong.

Had to go weigh mine when I got the plates here in CO. It was 6140 with a full tank and me in it (225). I have ADD stealth bumpers front/rear and 35's on 20" venom wheels.

Mine weighed 5800 pounds without me in it. Had to weigh it for out of state registration. Interesting thing is my friend has same SCREW but with 801 and his weighed 400 pounds less on same scale.

Been a yr since my stock Gen 1 got weighed at the town dump and I'm pretty sure I remember with a half tank of gas and just me in it was 6,300 something

All that luxury and tech adds up. Seems like a bit extra in weight. But I wonder how much more that optional front diff adds, etc.
