How Ford communicates with their dealers about new product

Is there any data on what 4wd engagement system is going to be on the 17? If it's the same IWE with no improvements that would be a bad move.

I figure around 2019 the Raptor will have any major kinks worked out and it will be a great addition to my 2013. I've already made the decision that I will never get rid of my 2013.

Maybe down the road it will become a more extreme off-road toy. Maybe it will just be kept as is and the 2019/20 model I buy will be the fun one... I have time to figure that out

I'm with ya on the second part. One of each and then decide which one will be the beast to build up. A fun dilemma.

When you say major kinks are you referring to IWE, powersteering, ect.?

Our 2013s still has kinks. Lots of folks are complaining about the lack of a V8 but I worry and hope Ford puts a proper 4-wheel drive system and power steering rack in the Raptor.

I guess what I really meant was by 2019 I *HOPE* all the major kinks are worked out. I hope IEW/PS kinks are worked out with the 17" and any other issues.

I bought my Raptor knowing it is not perfect and don't expect a '17 to be perfect either...
