Sorry typo, meant in 21’s.
Perhaps there is potential for it via a software update…time will tell.
I think I need a confirmation on that not being on 21s, because some of the youtube reviews they mentioned that it started up in the last mode that it was left in? Maybe they just didn't mention it in the 21 specs
Per the 22MY spec sheet below, why would this be a ”new feature“ for the 22MY vs a carryover feature ”if” it came standard on the 21MY? Perhaps someone that’s in possession can confirm this for us…

that might be last DRIVE mode it was left in.

I've always turned off in normal mode, so I cant comment to confirm. But someone else on forums turned off in sport and asks you to start in sport next time you turn it on.

But thats not the same as leaving only exhaust on baja mode. You have to turn off the whole truck in drive mode baja to stay in baja next time you turn on, I think.

Considering that the suspension, exhaust and steering are all tied into the software, it makes sense that it could come via software update.

Ford made such a big deal out of the "over the air software updates" feature that it would be a big flop NOT to have some big features come up.

When I put exhaust in Baja mode and drive on the freeway I start to get a burning smell. As soon as I go back to sport mode exhaust the smell goes away. Any ideas ?

From videos I have seen it seems like you can't put it in baja exhaust mode, unless it is in baja mode?
Better questions is why, these V6s sound like shit. Just keep it quiet as possible so you don’t sound like a big fart driving down the road.
I own a G3 so I’m not hating on anyone, but ford ****** up putting eco boosts in these, should have done the coyote engines. Gas mileage is no damn different, so **** the tree huggers on TV at aspect also.

Upin startup, my '21 will ask if I want to continue to use the Drive Mode if it is anything other then normal. ex. SLippery, Sport, etc

When in Normal Drive Mode, I can use the Exhaust button on the steering wheel to change the exhaust mode to any mode including Baja. This is not remebered nor prompted for upon the next start-up but it only take a couple seconds to do
