I use this. Works great and let's you get to all the nooks and crannies :chewie:

...but that's a base model. Where is the delux that comes with all the ankle/leg cuffs for proper suspension. Doesn't even have the utility belt and proper sound deadening equipment!

That's a stage 2 mod. Need to drop a new IC in there to handle all the extra heat.

Back on topic. I use some MRE boxes I have laying around. Nothing like stepping on 7 year old chili mac or Asian beef strips while you're working on your truck.

Same here. I’m not even remotely mechanical.

I'm reasonably mechanically inclined, I just don't have the time and it would take me a lot longer than taking it to a pro. For my desert toys that I don't need to rely on to take me form A to B on a daily basis, I have no problems getting my hands dirty and doing the work myself. I know I can just take my time and it gets done when it gets done.

On a more serious note, I might need to invest in one of those crazy platforms. I'm about 260lbs (most above the rib cage and below the waist) and afraid I'm going to break or dent something leaning on the truck. Already have a mystery dent on the hood above the driver head light. Right now I use a standard house step ladder, but that's not going to work if I have to spend any real time up there.
