Hood vent replacement

Does anyone know where I could find a OEM replacement hood vent ? I have a 2017 and it’s like the vent is fading or chipping and it has white spots.

Take it off and have Line-x coat it. Probably pretty cheap and it would look great. They have stuff that’s not textured.

Although I agree with the others that getting the part coated might be the better way to go. I don't think I'd wrap it or line-x personally. Automotive paint would be my choice.

Perhaps the surface can be revived with 303 protectant or something.

Thanks for the input everyone. After closer inspection it appears to be some white paint or something. Might just try some goof off or something to see if I can get it cleaned off.
