that is exactly what im looking for some feedback ISF. That is a good idea If I sell this bumper I will do that on the next one with credit to you. the only issue with this one now is the fronts of the side plates are rounded so I wouldn't be able to box it in without a lot of work. Since you mentioned that I'am thinking like 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" thick boxes on the side

Yeah I think you got the right idea. Its really hard to see what it would look like without it being in person but that was the one thing that kinda "jumped" out at me. You could always make another one and sell which ever one you didn't like. They should be able to fit a regular F-150 as well so selling it shouldn't be a problem.

The Rear Bumper is all done!!

I finished installing the tow hooks that i salvaged from the old bumper as well as the trailer harness mounting bracket, installed a new receiver and topped it off with a 2 part black epoxy gloss paint

So I'am not to sure about the diamond plate color. I'am waiting to here back from the manufacturer of the epoxy paint if It will bond to the aluminum, it should but i dont want to waste my time just trying cause that shit is expensive. BTW The plate is attached with 3M VHB Heavy duty mounting tape. In two words....******* CRAZY!!

P.S. For everyone following my build next month I will be starting my front bumper in semi fashion to ISFAST's bumper but a tad different.

I have built/painted and own a few custom alum. hunting and fishing boats- from experience a good acid wash and self etching epoxy primer and most any paint will hold up great on aluminum.
Very nice looking bumper! Ive got a few sticks of tube waiting to run thru the bender- as soon as I can deciede on a design.
