Someone went joy riding in your truck brah
The dealer is required to deliver the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. They are charged for it on their invoice, and must pass it along to the customer. My invoice (not to be confused with the window sticker) showed the dealer was charged by Ford $74.52 for the full tank of fuel. Also, had not heard of Ford doing additional testing once the vehicle hit the ground at the dealership. Maybe 03'Darin knows if this is common.
My dealer told me Ford asked them to do 10 miles of road test while doing the PDI.
Was talking with my sales person who said "yeah I drove a Raptor home and had it had some transmissions issues" and I know all of their Raptors were sold orders. Better not be a lot of miles on mine.....
My truck is in the rail yard about 100 miles away. Just waiting for it's carrier ride here.
