Ahhhhhh, finally I get to respond. Ironic the thread get closed when I'm at work and I can't reply at all.
All it takes is a PM to me to get it opened. My intent in keeping it closed it to keep the peanut gallery at bay, not to keep you from responding.

When I get home I will publically post the pics of the date and charge on my account.
No need, Jimbo already posted a screenshot. Refer to his post above.

Open again at the request of the OP. I would like for posts from those other than the two parties involved to a minimum.

Not directly related, but you could install a reputation rating addon feature to the vBulletin forum. That would certainly help for purchases from FRF members. Sorry if this wasn't the right place to post this idea.

First off I am not running a game on anyone. I have no reason to try and make you look bad for no good reason. You're doing just fine on you own. I JUST WANT MY MONEY!!! I have talked to Paypal and because the case is closed they will not be receiving any money. YOU need to call your credit card company and get the money back and repay me via PayPal. But If I had your number or I had a way of contacting you I could have told you that weeks ago.

For the record kurt, I have some what of a reputation on this site and on FB. Unlike you @NOLA I actually give back to this site and many raptor owners daily. I have met and actually gone on runs with a lot of people here on the east coast. I get numerous texts and calls daily asking me questions on how to mod/fix/diagnose members and friends trucks. I do A LOT of free work at my shop. I am a very honest person. I have bent over backwards now to make you happy. You have done nothing but reference confusing demands about credit card companies that have never contacted me directly, nor have you! You have made every transaction difficult. You have gone as far as inconveniencing one of the major vendors representatives on this site because you can't pick up a phone and call me to work this out like a MAN.
I offered you a full refund when you were not happy with the product I sent you at over half price off and shipped it to you for free essentially. Ya know it's kinda like going to Best Buy and buying a tv on the open box shelf and stopping payment on your credit card because the optional remote that doesn't come with the tv is not in the box but there's a picture of it on the box. But whatever I bought you your remote/bump pads. Now I'm here bugging Jimbo to contact you so you will contact your credit card company. This is crap!! and you call me a whiner, really? Call your credit card company and find out where my money is, then call me directly. I'M tired of this game of back and forth, third person crap. I have talked with paypal and there is no money incoming. Your credit card company is holding the funds. I'M not blaming you for their mistake but It is your moral responsibility to ensure that I get payment. You stopped payment, now fix the issue you created. I'm sure all it will take is to call them. For you to get all that you have asked for in this retarded situation and tell jimbo that you're not going to do anything else to fix the situation proves your true demeanor and my previous accusations. "I'm done" is a totally dishonest and immoral cop out out here. That brings up another question of valor. I have never known any LEO, and I know a lot, that would ever take this course of action. Any LEO wouldn't want to drive around in his pride and joy and know it had stolen parts on it. Unless you're not really a LEO and your whole intent from the beginning was to steal my parts. It makes sense the way you act. I have held up my side of the agreement. Now be the stand up guy you claim to be and hold up yours. Eagerly awaiting your phone call.

It's not but usually reputation follows the number of posts EX: 58 and 1493.

Sorry I meant "Trader Rating" or "Feedback" feature. I know I've used it to decide if I want to make transaction with someone or not on other forums.

I am done assisting with this, as I've shared both parties information back and forth. I offered a solution that would grant BOTH parties funding, and they would both have the interest to keep up with making sure the other is paid.

If the package gets picked up, the charge back would be correct, as you're getting your parts back and @NOLA has his money back - so that would be it. Yes, your PayPal would have a negative balance until someone pays you via PayPal for the kit in the future.

This is my last comment.

I'll play the middle man. Troy, send me $120. Once the funds are received, I'll have @NOLA cancel the charge back. I will not release funds to @NOLA until you receive the charge back.

Jimbo's Escrow Services, llc.

@NOLA has provided me plenty of screen shots showing his proof of payment, credit card statements, etc. Due to him paying his credit card statement and canceling the charge-back as he stated he would, he is done going any further with it.

@Hole Shot was reimbursed $200 via PayPal last month, but apparently that was all. Troy has said he's talked with PayPal and they're indicating nothing is pending/coming through.

Going forward, this should be a learning experience all around. Don't rush to put a for sale thread up, review everything and make sure what is pictured, is what is being sold. Also, do your due diligence and spend some time looking through a members previous posts, etc. If you're not comfortable buying or selling to/from someone you don't personally know or your friends don't know, maybe it's best to pass on the deal.

Good luck.

And further advice would be, don't get involved in others affairs, let them deal with it. We've all been there and you end up looking like one of the bad guys to one of the parties, never a good idea.

We're all members of this forum, and if we want it to continue to be around, we need to step up and help out. I saw an opportunity for a resolution, as there was nothing but finger pointing and name calling, and attempted to get both parties to a resolution. Now that one party says he's done dealing with it as he's paid his portion and credit card bill, I passed the appropriate information over to the other, and that is that.

I think it was appropriate for someone to step-in and assist, as it wasn't going anywhere FAST. I'm sure you'd do the same for me or another member that needed help, eh @CoronaRaptor?
