Sounds like some viable options are on the table for a "positive?" outcome. Will be nice to see this get resolved in a somewhat civil and timely manner since its come to the people's court of FRF.

Don't loose faith here you are part to blame also. You didn't send everything you were supposed to send. I think that pissed him off and don't blame him I would of been mad to.

I would of sent the parts I was supposed to from the start and I always pay the extra 3% it's not worth the drama with PayPal. But that's behind you now. Best thing you can do is pay him the $125 in missing parts just to be done with it.

I'm sure he rubbed you wrong and you don't want to either but look in his shoes also your both pissed and paying $125 to be done with it honestly is fair at this point.

Ahh that make better sense. Oh and for the record I'm not out any money. I can still use my pay pal account to purchase items. My balance is negative but pp isn't coming after me for the money.

PayPal is not coming after you so far. PayPal will eventually get someone to make up for their loss. Since you most likely have a bank account or credit card associated with PayPal they can take the money at any time. It's in their TOS so don't let it be a surprise when they do!

Plus your negative balance can go to collections which can lead to a collection account on your credit report.

Just keep that in mind that sooner or later PayPal will deal with your negative balance.

Nola... either stop the reverse charge or resend the funds

HoleShot... Mail the striker plates


Done. No need for grown ppl going thru this over $100, you spend that at gas station to fill your truck

I talked to PP again today and there no help. I have no contact information for nolas' CC company so I can't do anything with that. They have not contacted me or given PP any info to give to me.

I'm sorry about the dad comment I do need to take a chill pill. I have just heard enough at this point and am extremely worked up about the situation. I can not fix this!! without some sort of communication from nola. I know he is as pissed as me but I feel he's not trying to make this easy either. I just wish we could talk on the phone like adults and work this out like men, this is retarded!

Well $100 to him and $1400 to me. But whos counting @NOLA if I send you the plates will that satisfy you???

@Hole Shot - check out @NOLA's two options. It appears the easiest way to resolve this and move on, is to just send him $12X in a certified check (bank check) and be done.

Holeshot you have two options.
1. Send me a money order for the amount I paid for the parts you ****** me on. I ordered them from RPG and still haven't opened the box. I will provide the receipt (Somewhere around $120 bucks or so), and and an address and you can mail me the money order for what I paid, and I will have Visa fix it, and you can go back to whatever you do.
2. You can do as PayPal/Visa instructed you and hire a shipping company to pack and pick up the parts at the drop off location.

Thats it, thats your two options.
