Hitch Receiver for low profile bumper

Appreciate your help. I have a 2020 Raptor Screw. I am going to upgrade to a low profile bumper. Looking for a receiver hitch/draw tite assembly for a low profile bumper? Dont want the hitch receiver to stick out or extend beyond the bumper? Any thoughts, ideas, lessons learned and option suggestions would be awesome! Thank you!

I thought the receiver sticks out of the bumper to allow for clearance when turning so your tail gate doesn't make contact with the trailer, but I could be wrong.

There’s someone on here who did a hidden hitch, connected behind the rear license plate. That was years ago though, and I honestly wouldn’t know where to begin your search.
