Don’t hate it at all, thinking of doing the same just can’t justify giving up the paint chip protection the factory steps give.

Well done mod for sure. I had the OEM deploying steps on a Platinum in between my first and second Raptors and I liked them. My wife loved them. I don't really like the look when they are in the tucked position, but the convenience they afford probably outweighs that.

I like the magnets as having something plugged into the port on dash was always a dealbreaker for me. And the price is surely right.

They definitely look better, with the steps up. Makes the Rap look even taller.

My main concern is them breaking and being stuck up or down, which I've seen so many times on F150s. My second concern is the rock fallout, but as others said that can be fixed with mudflats.
