HID Retrofit Headlights

Selling my set of retrofit HID headlights, built by member tcm_glx. These have been on my truck for 9 months.
Asking $650 shipped anywhere in the lower 48.
Whats included:

*Spyder Projector style headlights (copy of OEM style lights except with a black shroud instead of gray)
*Morimoto D2S V4 Projectors with Universal Mounting plates, XB 5500K Bulbs
*Morimoto H13 Wiring Harness
*Xentec 55w Slim Ballast

Why are you selling them? Def really interested, but would you ship to a po box? (I'm in Toronto unfortunately but have been looking for a set for a while now)

Honestly I like the OE lights better since the shroud is gray vs the black on these . Silly reason I know but it's the truth. Canada shipping might be tricky but I'm sure we could figure it out.

Faulty relay I think.

Relay would cause both sides to fail more than likely.

Check the wiring of the harness to the ballast. Check for a good ground.
Sounds like it's not getting solid power and messing up the ballast.
Which ballast are you running?
