I have the Hi Lift 60, it is a tight fit and limits mounting points. I would recommend one of the harbor freight 3 ton aluminum jacks and weld on a sled, takes up less room, don't have to worry about finding jack points ( have used the tow hooks and have the wheel straps for the Hi lift and it is just to cumbersome), and weight is less then the Hi lift jack. If you do go for the Hi Lift, I would go with the smaller size. Blocks are a most if changing the tire.

so for the guys with the 48" Hi lifts how close to the travel limit is the jack by the time you get the wheel off the ground?

My Raptor still has the stock wheels and bumpers, would the 48" work for me?

If you are only lifting it high enough to get the wheel off the ground, then 48" should be enough.

Talk to firematt about the tow hook attachments he is designing, they will help for lifting at the recovery hooks.

Make sure you know how it operates before you hit the trails.

They are not as easy at they seem for first timers.

I mounted my 60" Hi-Lift in the bed behind the cab, high enough that I can still get some 4x8 sheets in below it if needed, using the 4XRAC mounting system. I also picked up a jack stabilizer (see link), the ORB Off-Road base (before I got the stabilizer), the LM-100 Lift-Mate (for lifting by the wheel if needed), and the ORK Off-Road Kit.

Safe Jack Stabilizer - Lift Jack Stabilizer - 60in.
