Installed mine yesterday, went pretty smooth. The Rigid bracket & harness make it simple, I just wish the lights were set back deeper, I'm not sold on the location yet.

Went with D2's inboard & amber Dually's on the outside.

Tried again to install my M&R 40" light bar but it just won't fit on my truck.

I ended up taking the brackets off the truck and shaving a good .25" off the side that was literally rubbing the bumper at the rear of the hole on both the driver and passenger sides. It was making a hell of a noise every time I hit a bump on the road..........much worse off road. After trimming off some of that leading edge and hitting it with a flat black rattle can.......no more rubbing and have plenty of clearance between the front of the bracket and the bumper. Rigid did not have to put that much metal between the light bracket hole and the front of the bracket.

My Rigid 40 was the easiest thing I have installed on the Raptor.

I totally agree. I ended up installing it on my friend's Raptor. Simple & fast to bolt in & wire up, He's happy with it. The problem was my SC radiator is in the way & the angle of the coolant lines won't allow it to be set back any further closer to the stock radiators. Looks like a 30" in the top of the grill would also interfere.
