Help with ICON Multi Rate Leaf Springs Option 1

My FORD mechanic just swapped out my old flat leaf springs with the ICON Multi Rate Leaf Springs, on option 1. I have Eibach springs in the front already, and previously had just an Add-a-leaf with my stock leaf springs with which the truck sat level. I wanted to upgrade my leaf springs so I went with the ICON Multi Rate package. The truck now sits 4" higher in the back than the front, on option 1. He took out the extra leaf that came with the package, so I'm really at a loss here. What are we doing wrong? Are we missing a step, or is there anything that we can do to lower these? I don't keep anything in the back, so 4' of rake is not an option that I'm looking for. Thanks for any help. I searched the forum and the internet for any info and cannot find anything. I also put in call tickets with ICON and where I bought the leaf springs. Still waiting to hear back. Thank you in advance for any help!

He tightened it down while it was still hanging. Loosen it up, jump on the back, retighten it. Done.

It's 100% what you've been told. The front hanger and rear shackle bolts all need to be torqued at ride height along with the ubolts.
