GEN 2 Help with finding a Dealer in Illinois

Can anyone help with a dealer in Illinois who is taking orders? I'm not even looking for a deal, although that would be great but having talked to over a dozen dealers in the Chicagoland area and all of them say they can not take orders, hold orders, or even put in a build for me as nothing is in their systems that would allow them to be able to do this.

My current car lease ends in January and I'm afraid if my order doesn't get put in soon I won't get one in time to replace my lease. Which means I will have to buy a different vehicle as I can't be without one. It sucks that I am stuck buying during the hype but I'm definitely willing to pay MSRP because of this.

Can anyone share any info? It would be much appreciated.

Yeah I called a couple places from the Gen1 list and they all wanted markups and since there was no info posted for Gen2 it didn't leave me hopeful.

Even if you order one today, I doubt you will get yours in January. I got my order in yesterday, and I highly doubt I will get before march next year.

why in the world would you say that? There is nothing to prove the orders won't be filled in the normal processing time. Damn. So much ******** floating around.

If order one today I might get mine just in time for Gen 3.

Could order today and get one in November....maybe october...possibly march...no one knows as of right now.
