(Help) Truck kinda rear ended

Update: I found a new rear bumper end cap for my truck on eBay. It had minor scuffs but it is not that noticeable (it is at least better than the damaged end cap). I also bought the step pad from the dealer without providing my VIN number (but rather the part #) and the install was pretty straight forward. I will post before and after pics when I get a chance.
