5th gear as it will keep the speed under 180km/h. I saw some other guys on YouTube did dynos with 5th gear as well.

Typically, gear selected during a dyno pull should be the one that is closet to a 1:1 drive ratio. In the 2nd Gen Raptor, that's 7th gear. However, doing a pull in 7th will cause issues with the speed limiter and the powerband. Try doing a pull in 6th and see what effect it will have on the have on the results. It will keep you under the 106 MPH set by the limiter.

4-5-6th are all tried and the results are no significantly different

Did they log boost by chance during any of the runs? I see MAP, but I don't know exactly how to calculate those numbers.

They did not log it but I did look at it during the run and it was around 3/4 of the indicator (The maximum indicated boost is 140).

It is also pretty hot in Vietnam huh? Maybe heat soaked a bit to top it off. How long was the truck running Before dyno? I know mine was giving me trouble with a 93 octane that truck didn’t like the additives. I hear these motors are a little picky to get optimum performance

Way too many factors especially with these two types of dynos. Mustang and mainline dynos are load based. The weight, tire size, gear used to make run in must all be right or the numbers will be all over the place. Maybe find a dynojet and someone that has dynoed trucks before.
