The geiser option is going to lift the front beyond level and give you a firmer ride

The geiser's alone will make it higher in the front. I am also doing Deaver +3s out back to give the rear an additional inch of height. I have ridden in another 2018 with Geisers and Deaver +3s and I did not feel it was firmer in a bad way. In fact, it rode better than my stock 2018.

As others have said, if the shop is not familiar with perch collars, I would not trust them with my Raptor since that is one of the more common additions to a Gen 2.
