Help ID these LED lights?

So I saw these on a truck while I was driving through a parking garage in SoCal. I really like the look of this set up and the flush fit of the fog lights. Not sure how well they really work so I am hoping someone knows where I can find out more. I want to add some fog lights to my truck but I want something that fits more behind the bumper. Not a fan of the look of the OE fog lights but I am sure they work well.
