Welcome to the site.
To find out her birthday, you could look at the window sticker, if you have access to that. It will show the build date near the bottom. If you don't have the window sticker, there is a site where you can put in the VIN in to get it. I don't believe these show the build date though. Maybe your dealer could order one for you? Or at least they could run an OASIS report, which should have that detail too.
