The item circled in red, is a small cover that slides back. I mistakenly thought it was the adjuster. There is a small Phillips under it.
What does it adjust? Hoping I didn’t screw up my glare free or something else.

That should be the vertical headlamp adjustment screw. You can perform the vertical alignment procedure in the owner’s manual to check the alignment between the headlamps.

I was able to adjust the vertical alignment with another screw. There is one recessed at the location in green.
The one with the sliding door, circled in red, didn’t do anything. At least that I could immediately see.

Not sure on that, it may be something adjusted by the manufacturer before it’s shipped to the plant, as there doesn’t appear to be anything in the Workshop Manual referencing it.

That screw adjusts to the left and right for each headlight. But, it only seems to make the adjustment while the vehicle and headlights are off (for my dynamic headlights). Found that out when trying to adjust the vertical and went to that first in a roadside panic
