They are charging $125 per shock to be rebuilt in Enumclaw Washington.

That's not bad at all.... @Big Blue, just for reference on pricing.

Just had it all done and I have to say I love the ride quality on the lower perch. Huge shout out to the guys at Devol Racing and Enumclaw tire, they all know there stuff. I would 110% highly recomend both of them if you need your shocks rebuilt in the Pacific Northwest. These guys are awesome!!

Yeah, I had it set back to the lower perch though also. Rides like it did stock, so smooth over bumps in the road. They said all my shocks were leaking at 68,000 miles. Well worth the $700 for everything, shocks rebuilt, removing and reinstalling the shocks and allignment.
