Has anyone else had a issue with moving lower coil rest to mid perch? I watched the video on it and he moved his by hand... My Springs are fully compressed and the Allen set screw is removed but it appears to be seized up. I started with a small hammer and worked my way up to 2 ton jack on one side and a 5x rivet gun on the other.. And it still didn't move not one bit.. Shocks are 5 years old and I'm just assuming that corrosion on the aluminum in between has set in... Any thoughts or solutions from anyone?

I had to beat on mine pretty hard. 3 lb. hammer and an oak 2" board. Spray some penetrating in there over night and wake up mad. It will move!!!

Well mine must be really sized up good.. Cause I drenched it in penetrating oil and with a 2 ton jack pushing up on motor side and hit the wheel side a few times with a 15 lb sledge hammer.. I gave up before I damaged something..... .. I might just lower the back to level it out now...LOL... Grrrrr

Soak it in kano kroil overnight. Neither WD40 or PB Blaster worked on mine. I also had to use a 3 lb hammer and board alternating sides a little bit at a time. It took a while.

Oh yeah, I had to beat the hell out of mine to get them loose. Cant remember exactly what, but I used some lube lying around the shop (friend's place) to help things along. I was surprised how seized they were.
