Has anyone activated Ford Pass on an inbound (post production) truck?

I added VIN number to my Ford Pass account and it gave me the option to activate. Curious what will happen if a activate it???

I tried but someone has to be in the vehicle to accept the activation request by pushing a button on the screen. That’s how I knew mine was getting delivered. The day they moved it the last 20 miles from the rail yard/storage lot to the dealer I got a notification in the app that the request was denied. My wife drove past the dealer an hour later and it was on the car hauler getting unloaded.

This is correct. You can add the truck to your FordPass app, but you cannot activate it without accepting the on-screen prompt in the truck.

I added mine, but someone will need to be in the truck with the accessories powered on to authorize.
